Counselling Approach
I am a person-centred counsellor. I trust in a person’s capacity to grow when feeling heard, valued and accepted. I provide space for clients to explore what is present for them.

Creating Balance, Movement and Connection
Clients frequently share feeling stuck and disconnected and enter counselling seeking to restore balance in their lives.
- Connection is key to our well-being. I help clients discover ways to reconnect with friends, partners & family, to their values and to their sense of 'self'.
- I support clients to regain balance by addressing obstacles and exploring boundary setting and self-care.
- Clients experience movement as we identify goals and they begin to take the next-steps in their life.
